WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create a welcoming and energetic customer experience

• Present our photography packages and services to families and teams.

• Close bookings for action, team, portrait, and event photography.

• Manage inbound leads from events, website inquiries, and community referrals.

• Represent Texas PhotoWorks at sports events and client meetings.

• Build relationships with schools, leagues, coaches, players, and families.

• Track leads and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed.

• Help scale a fast-growing, customer-focused brand.

  Weekend availability is essential — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday events are peak sales opportunities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Sales experience preferred, however training will be provided.

• Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face sales environments.

• Professional presence and positive energy.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to keep track of contacts and leads.

• Must be available to work weekends, flexible evening hours during sports seasons, and other special events as needed.

• Reliable transportation capable of weekend travel across DFW area.

• Physically able to move quickly and remain active throughout long event days.

WHAT YOU’LL GET: COMPENSATION & GROWTH

• Salary: $18/hour (based on experience)

• Performance and event-based bonuses.
